After a disappointing gain last week, I buckled down, stuck to program and hit 160! This means that since June 9th, I've lost 25 pounds. What a thrill. I haven't been this light since before I got married. Rings are loose, I'm wearing a size 8 (!), and just 10 more lbs to goal. Next Monday, we're off to Hawaii for 10 days. My father, brother, husband and I are all going SCUBA diving on the Big Island. Fortunately, we're staying in a hotel with a kitchenette. So, the first order of business upon arrival will be to stock up on veggies, fruit and low-point snacks. I think we'll be cooking our own breakfast and occasional dinners. Lunch will be out on the boat, but we can bring good snacks. A lady at my meeting today asked if I was going to try to stay on this diet. Boy, wrong attitude, I thought.
